WHO / WHAT


The Christian Service Awards are $8,000 grants given to students who:

• Are practicing Catholics registered within the Diocese of Phoenix;

• Exemplify Christ-centered behavior through volunteer service to parish,
  school, and community;

• Plan to attend a Catholic high school within the Diocese of Phoenix; and

• Will be in 8th grade during the 2009-2010 academic year.

WHEN

Students must submit their completed application packets, including all required documents, to the Catholic Community Foundation office by October 15, 2009.
All applicants will be interviewed in early December, 2009.  Award recipients will be notified no later than January 31, 2010.
